Human hair cranial prostheses at Legacei Crowns begin at $1,250. Final pricing may vary depending on length, density, and availability. Transparent pricing is discussed during your consultation so you understand the full investment before moving forward. 

Yes. If you choose to move forward after your consultation, a deposit is required to secure your selected cranial prosthesis and begin preparation for delivery. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment. 

 Requirements vary by insurer, but commonly include:

• A prescription for a cranial prosthesis
• An itemized receipt
• A claim form from your insurance provider
• Diagnosis documentation from your physician

We provide documentation and guidance to support submission. Reimbursement decisions are made by the insurance provider.

Legacei Crowns does not bill insurance directly.

However, some insurance plans may provide out-of-network reimbursement for cranial prostheses when medically necessary.
